Personal information is not shared with a third party, apart from the few exceptions detailed in this policy. ACUS will annually review and update this policy to ensure it remains current and reflects changes to company policy and new privacy legislation. If significant amendments are made, we will send a notification by email to our contact list and post a notification to the website.
