Little in life affects you as much as your immediate community.
At Augustine we are intentional about community. Not only do we sharpen each other intellectually by dialoguing together, but we also live together. We hold community meals, have worship and prayer times together, and make space in our schedules to actually “do life” together.
We want our faculty to really know our students, to invest in more than just their scholarly endeavors. We do our best to create environments where that happens.
We want our students to build lifetime friendships. The rigor of the academic program goes a long way to facilitate this, like being in a foxhole together. But we try to take it further. We encourage our students to pray, sing, and play together in this uniquely fun, historic, and beautiful part of the world.
